It’s harder than ever these days to be able to relax for any period of time. With life taking over and schedules running our lives - between work, getting the kids off to school, it just seems like there’s no time for anything.
In times like these any chance that you get where you can close the door behind you, and enjoy your own time is cherished. In times like these - where stress is a just a way of life - even the tiniest bit of peace and quiet is coveted because of its rarity. Therefore now is when we need to bring comfort and style to as many parts of our lives as possible.
Even the bathroom!
No longer are luxury bathrooms only for the privileged and affluent. It’s easier than ever nowadays to bring great affordable products into our bathrooms to make our short time that we are able to spend in their feel like we’re in an expensive hotel. Basically if you can’t get away to a hotel to enjoy these luxuries, then you need to bring those luxuries into your own home, where subsequently you can enjoy them day after day.
Thankfully one company has made it much easier for us to do this, and that company is Kohler. You couldn’t really expect anything less than a over century year old company with a mission statement that includes the words “to improve the level of gracious living in the lives of all who are touched by our products and services” within their mission statement. A company who continually reinvests their profits into the product line and thinks highly of their employees well being.
One product that makes all the difference in the world is their Kathryn Steam Pivot Shower Door. This shower door actually brings the feeling of a glamorous day spa into your bathroom. Taking a shower within the Steam doors is as close as it gets to stepping into luxury and not only just getting through your shower as a morning wake-up, or after work clean up, but instead as the “morning pick me up” or after work “ultimate stress relief”.
Your entire bathroom will be turned into the epitome of comfort, and with either shiny silver, brushed nickel, or French gold you’ll be able to match or create the bathroom interior of your dreams. You could come out of your relaxing shower, and head over to your regular old sink and counter, or you could enjoy your sink time over the new Camber Console Table in Sapele. Your real reason for owning this sink would simply be the fact that it just looks completely classy. At first glance it may seem like you’re downgrading since the Camber Console is uniquely small, but after you realize the fact that you’re opening up your entire bathroom, frankly it’s like taking a huge mess of clutter off of your hands, replacing that with much needed open floor space.
The console is made of an “exotic mid-tone wood” which does create the sensation of an organic relaxation that you can only get from natural wood. Now you have more space, and less clutter. I see no drawback there.
It’s very easy to figure out how this company has not only survived, but thrived for over a century. The reason is a direct correlation of their products quality. But it goes beyond that even! Bathrooms are funny places. They’re the one place where it’s okay to close the door behind you. It’s the one place where peace and quiet is a given, and it’s okay not to open the door to knocks from the other side. Why not make this area of your home as special and relaxing as humanly possible.
